MetroTex has scheduled the award winning ‘New Home Sales Specialist Certification’ seminars for October and November, 2015. This will be the last time the ‘Certification’ will be offered this year. MetroTex is offering the 6 seminars over a 4 week period beginning on October 30, 2015. All seminars will be held in Grapevine and will be taught live. The seminar dates are as follows:
- Have You Considered New – October 30, 2015 – 10 to 12 Noon
- Green Building – October 30, 2015 – 1 to 3 PM
- Building Rapport – November 6, 2015 – 10 -12 Noon
- Discovery & Qualifying – November 6, 2015 – 1 to 3 PM
- Handling Resistance – November 19, 2015 – 10 to 12 Noon
- Construction 101 – November 19, 2015 – 1 to 3 PM

In 2014 the Program won the TAR Education Program of the Year. The course consists of six 2-hour CE credit classes. You will learn how to work with builders and new home salespeople; you will learn the processes and sequences of events used in building a new home; you will learn the systems and performances of green building and you will learn how to ask well-formed and targeted questions to uncover your clients’ needs and wants; how to deal with your clients objections and, most importantly, learn how to communicate effectively and efficiently with every client by utilizing rapport building communication principles.
