Agent Membership

New homes are an additional source of inventory, and they are attractive to buyers due to their advanced technologies, latest designs, lower maintenance costs, lower energy costs and warranties.  Selling new homes is easier because unlike the sellers of preowned homes, builders are informed, experienced housing professionals with no emotional attachment to the homes they sell.

The Alliance is currently available only in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.

Agent Benefits

  • Job board for agents interested in becoming new home sales counselors or assistants
  • “Annual Agent Awards” – multiple agent recognition awards based on new home sales with categories of, number of sales in various price ranges, submarkets and other criteria

Agent Membership Qualifications:

  • Sell a minimum of one new home per year (Twelve-month grace period to achieve)
  • Accept promotional emails from builders (subject to your unsubscribe)
  • Participate in builder focus groups (with compensation)
  • Pay Annual Dues (Waived during Trial period. Dues are projected to be $99 per year and notification will be sent before any assessment.)
  • Acquire New Home Sales Certification (Provided by MetroTex and Collin County – twenty four-month grace period to acquire)
